About us

Mill-Yon Company is a member of the international holding ILDC and has been developing real estate on a world-wide basis for nearly a hundred years. In 2005 based on the results of an analysis focusing on local properties, ILDC made the decision to launch investments in Poland. The holding operation activity in the Polish market is realized by Mill-Yon Company in which ILDC has a hundred percent market share. The first stage of investment involves building the Aura Park estate, consisting of eight residential towers situated in the area of Warsaw Miasteczko Wilanów. Upon completion, the four stages of construction will result in almost one thousand high-standard apartments.
Although relatively new to the housing market, the developer has already enjoyed customer confidence, appreciation and satisfaction. This has been proven by the daily “Rzeczpospolita”  ranking. Mill-Yon Company Ltd took fourth place in a list concerning the quality of customer service and customer-friendly contracts.
In 2007, Mill-Yon Company won first place in a competition organized by Gdańsk City Council for developing the Southern part of Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) where a complex of 368 exclusive buildings with a floor area from 50 to 150 m2 will be built. The new investment is an unusual combination of history and modernity which are perfectly integrated into the nearby Main Town and the Motława River surroundings.

The Israel Land Development Company Limited (ILDC) is a world-famous holding which started its activity on the real estate market in Great Britain since 1909. In 1953 the company inaugurated its activity in Israel and thus began the company presence on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
After spectacular success in Israel, the ILDC holding along with its Canadian partners launched building investments in Canada. As a result over 60,000 square metres  of office surfaces were handed over.
The ILDC involvement in the investment in Poland began over five years ago. In cooperation with one of the Polish companies a number of logistic and office buildings have been put into use.
ILDC is also an important strategist in media trade. Connected with the publishing concern Maariv Holding Ltd. it publishes  “Maariv” – one ofe the biggest daily papers in Israel. The holding has become interested in hotel and leasing trades.
